Why are you building my website before I even become a customer?

I believe it’s easier for you to decide after you’ve seen the finished product. Instead of asking you to imagine what your website could look like, I build a professional website first. If you like it, you can keep it. If not, there’s no obligation.

Is the website really custom?

Yes. Every website is built specifically for your business using your services, service area, branding, and contact information. I don’t simply swap your name into a generic template.

What does the annual fee include?

Everything needed to keep your website online and maintained:

There are no surprise hosting bills or renewal fees.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Choose the billing option that works best for you: monthly or annually. At the end of each billing period, you’re free to renew or cancel. There are no long-term contracts.

What happens if I decide to cancel?

If you decide not to renew, your website will no longer be hosted by us.

If you’d like to continue using your website elsewhere, I’ll transfer your domain name to you.

Who owns my domain name?

I register and manage your domain name while you’re a customer, so you never have to worry about renewals or technical settings.

If you leave my service, I’ll transfer ownership of the domain to you.

Can I make changes to my website?

Absolutely.

Your plan includes one small content update each month, such as:

If you need more frequent updates, you can upgrade to the Growth Website plan.

How long does it take to get my website online?

Since your website is already built before we contact you, most websites can be published within a day or two after you sign up.

Will my website work on phones?

Yes.

Every website is designed to work well on phones, tablets, and desktop computers.

Will people find my website on Google?

Your website is built using best practices, including a fast loading, mobile-friendly design, and proper technical setup.

No one can honestly guarantee Google rankings, but your website will be built on a strong foundation.

Can I use my current domain name?

Yes.

If you already own a domain, I’ll use it for your website.

If you don’t have one, I’ll help you choose and register the right one.

Do I need to provide photos?

No.

If you have photos, I’ll use them for your site.

If not, I can start with professional stock images and replace them later.

Do I have to pay before I see my website?

No.

We build your website first. If you like it, you can choose a hosting plan and we’ll publish it. If not, there’s no obligation.

Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?

Yes.

We can set up professional email forwarding so messages sent to addresses like [email protected] arrive in your existing inbox.
